Think once before consuming SUGAR. Sugar-Story.

Usually, sugar plays a vital role in our daily lives. We consume it in the form of sweets, chocolates, beverages and Tea and mix it with the meal to make it tastier. Some people advise not to consume more sugar because it is bad for our health, but we never try to find the exact reason behind it. Whenever we consume sugar, it is converted into glucose and converted it into energy, but extra glucose is converted it into fat stored in the body, which is dangerous for our health.

Let us study sugar and its story.

What is SUGARS?

Sugars are carbohydrates, and like all carbohydrates, they provide energy in our diet.

The body breaks down carbohydrates into simple sugars such as glucose, which can be readily used.

Sugars occur naturally in some foods, such as fruits and dairy products.

Sugar can take many different forms, including white, raw or brown sugar, honey or corn syrup.

What happens when you stop eating sugar?

Your belly fat is getting reduced gradually because sugar causes fat deposits, especially around the mid-section of your belly

. Your skin looks better and more flawless because consuming more sugar will increase the insulin level, which makes your hormones,d which causes acne, dull skin, early ageing, and skin look unhealthy.

No overeating if you quit sugar, because when your blood sugar level gets normal, your food digests smoothly, so you will not feel unnecessary cravings.

You feel more energetic and keep your blood sugar level normal because normal blood sugar levels help you to keep your mind and body, which will not feel fatigued easily.

Consuming more sugar will give instant happiness, but in the long run, if you quit consuming sugar, it gives results as a calm person, so you can be more focused.

If you quit sugar, you will feel less irritation, less anger and feel more energetic.

Types of SUGAR

See, Sugar is a carbohydrate and Carbohydrates are classified into 2 forms: simple carbohydrates and second is complex carbohydrates.

The difference between the two is how quickly they are digested and absorbed, which is determined by their chemical structure.

Complex carbohydrates are formed from three or more sugar molecules, whereas simple carbohydrates are composed of either one sugar molecule (monosaccharides) or two (disaccharides).

The four most common forms of simple sugars include:

Glucose

Fructose - fruit sugar

sucrose - Table sugar

Lactose - dairy sugar

We should not consume more sucrose. When consuming something sweet, we can go with fructose and lactose, which are naturally occurring and healthy sugar forms

NOTE:-

We should not stop eating sugar suddenly because it makes us feel weak. We will gradually consume less of consuming sugar. Also, we should not completely avoid sugar; we can intake it as natural sugar, which is found in fruits, because our body also needs sugar in any form.
