Our Story

With over years of professional experience in fitness coaching and many years of deep connection with gym training, I've dedicated my journey to helping people transform their health, strength, and lifestyle through evidence-based fitness and nutrition practices.

I'm a certified Human Performance Nutritionist and Personal Trainer from K-11 School of Fitness Sciences, one of India's most reputed institutions for advanced fitness education. Alongside, I'm also a Certified Sports Nutritionist, specialized in guiding athletes and fitness enthusiasts to reach peak performance through scientific nutrition and smart training principles.

As a professional powerlifter, I've proudly represented Maharashtra at the state level in August 2024, earning 5 Gold Medals in my category — a recognition that reflects not only my dedication to the sport but also my commitment to discipline, strength, and consistency.

Through my platform Fit With Ahana, I aim to teach and empower individuals — whether you're a professional athlete, a fitness beginner, or simply someone striving for a personal transformation — to understand your body, fuel it right, and train it smart.
